The Sebastopolian company “Prodbioprom” was found in 1998. The basic activity is produce the functional foodstuff : caviar black alginic and caviar red alginic, dessert fruit alginic.
Caviar alginic is produced from delicacy sorts fish stuff, sodium alginate (which is got from laminaria), natural dyestuff, sodium glutamate, common salt, ascorbic acid.
Alginic fruit dessert is produced on basic of sodium alginate (which is got from laminaria). The fruit taste, the smell, the colour of the product attach natural fruit loading, which is used during preparation of children’s food. Fruit loading is got from natural stuff by special technology. The technology lets to save in an active state vitamins and microelements with its full complement. Dessert sweet taste is reached by natural fructose, without sugar. That is why an dessert fruit alginic is allowed to use without the age limit by the patients with pancreatic diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases and children older than 3 years.
“Prodbioprom”’s production belongs to special function products. Medical, dietetic, medicinal-prophylactic food supplements, children food and sportsmen food are belong to the function products. Our production was marked by the silver medal at the first International Salon of Innovation and Investment (2001) Moscow, it is a laureate of the Ukrainian contest the caviar black alginic and the dessert fruit alginic were honored by medal of a “good quality”, they are the finalist of Ukrainian contest of production quality “100 best goods of Ukraine - 2003 ” in category “food stuff” for products caviar alginic and fruit alginic dessert, gold medal on the contest “Ukrainian the tastiest”, a participant of the exhibition “Enterprises of the north-east administrative region of Moscow, Ukraine and other friendly regions ” 2002 year, the participant of the tasting contest at the national particularized exhibition “SMAK-EKSPO”, the winner of the first Ukrainian contest “Ecological quality and safety ” 2002 year, gold medal at the Ukrainian contest “Vissha Proba” 2003 year.
The regular use of the products cooperates:
- to take out radioactive nuclides and heavy metals salt, medicines slags, which are formed by a long medical treatment with antibiotics and other drugs;
- to stimulate processes hematosis and normalize work of a alimentary canal;
- to increase of immunity and improve metabolism.
Alginic products of the “Prodbioprom” have passed clinical trials in Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
